Whisky at The Culbone
The tradition and history of Whisky is well established as part of our heritage in Britain, brought to us primarily by the Scots, although the Irish also have something to say here. Whisky is a fundamental part of our drinking culture on these islands, as a result of which we stand up and applaud. To that end we wish to offer you a special selection of Whisky at The Culbone to celebrate and uphold that tradition.
A grain based distillate in the Scottish and Irish tradition where corn (maize) and rye are used to make different styles.
‘These are some of my finding. I have tasted some of them, I have enjoyed all of them, even If I’ve only had to write about them … a pleasure’
Tony Godding July 2011
