Pan fried duck foie gras, with toasted brioche and madeira jus

Roasted escargot with garlic and parsley crust

Tartare of ruby red beef with all the trimmings

Sauteed frogs legs with calvados and cream

River Exe moules mariniere with white wine, garlic and cream

French wild mushroom and puff pastry tart with black truffle cream

Baked vacherin cheese for 2 with roast garlic and lemon thyme

Rock oysters with shallot vinegar and lemon

 

Mains

Slow cooked oxtail with red wine roasted shallots and confit carrots

Creditton Farm guinea fowl with white wine, parsley, bacon and cream

Confit Duck Leg with Lyonnaise potatoes, pan fried liver and pickled cabbage

Ardennes style local Rainbow trout, with lemon thyme, ham and cream

Pan fried calves liver with sautéed potatoes, persillade and watercress

Grilled Entrecote with duck fat chips, marrow and red wine shallots

Morel and chanterelle puff pastry tart, with clotted cream and rainbow chard

Spinach and blue D’avergne soufflé with wild leaves, caramelised walnuts and truffle honey

Cote de boeuf with duck fat potatoes, roasted shallots and béarnaise

Bouillabaisse for 2 with rouille, saffron, garlic and croutons (served in the pan)
