Mexico’s rich and diverse culinary traditions include countless complex and vibrant dishes. The Culbone Mexican night will try and capture all the best of this countries flavours including bright flavoured ceviche, made from the freshest local seafood, dressed with fresh citrus juice. To the tradtional staple of tortillas and the many varieties of chillis that can be found from mild to blow your head off!
Throughtout the world most people think of Mexican cuisine as tacos and fajitas, but it holds a wealth of amazing seafood dishes that are subtle and infused with delicate flavours. Mexican street food rivals any of that found in Thailand or Vietnam. With empanadas, little crisp pockets filled with tasty meats, seafood and vegetables; and flautas, crisp tubes of tortillas stuffed with succulent fillings, all washed down with the potent Mexican staple Tequilla, or a cold Corona for anyone who wants to remember the night before!
